Delete your data

Hiup App stores a small record when you comment a keyword on our reels (see the privacy policy). You can have it deleted in either of these ways:
Option 1: send a message (instant)
- Open Instagram and go to your chat with @hiupapp.
- Send the message delete my data.
- Our assistant removes your username, ID and comment from our records within a minute and confirms in the chat.
Option 2: email us
Write to marketing@hiupapp.com from any address. Include your Instagram username and the words "delete my data". We confirm by reply, normally within a few days and no later than 30 days.
If you are the account owner who connected this app
Remove the app in Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites. Meta then sends us a deletion request, and we delete the connection to your account (the access token and the account details). Use the confirmation code from that request to check its status below. People who commented on your reels are not affected by this: they have the two options above.
What is deleted
For a commenter: the Instagram ID, username, comment text and activity timestamps. What remains is anonymous: the total counts of comments and clicks, with nothing that can identify the person.
